We want you to be completely satisfied with RenderFocus. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase date. No questions asked.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at support@celalbasaran.com with your order number or the email address used for purchase. Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days.

Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel, you retain access to RenderFocus until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are given for unused portions of a billing period.

Lifetime Licenses

Lifetime license purchases are eligible for the same 30-day money-back guarantee. After 30 days, lifetime licenses are non-refundable as they grant perpetual access to the Software and all future updates.

Payment Processing

All payments and refunds are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Currency conversion rates at the time of refund may differ from the original purchase.
